Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sacred Sonar. We strive to provide high-quality products sourced from trusted suppliers via AliExpress and Alibaba. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.









1. Order Processing & Shipping

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping times vary depending on supplier and shipping method:

• AliExpress Suppliers: Typically 15–30 days.

• Alibaba Suppliers: Typically 20–60 days for bulk or special orders.

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as shipping is handled by third-party suppliers.









2. Returns & Exchanges




Due to the nature of dropshipping and international shipping, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind.




We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

• Items that arrive broken, defective, or not as described are eligible for a refund or replacement.

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide photos or videos of the damage/defect to help us process your claim.

2. Lost or Not Received Orders

• If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us immediately.

• We may request proof of tracking status from the supplier.

• Refunds or replacements will be issued once we confirm the item is lost.

3. Incorrect Item

• If you receive a different item than ordered, notify us within 7 days.

• Provide photos as proof.

• We will issue a replacement or refund once confirmed.









3. Refund Process

• Once your return or claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Processing time may take 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item is defective.

5. Exceptions

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for a refund.

• Refunds are subject to supplier policies; we coordinate closely with our AliExpress and Alibaba suppliers to resolve issues.
